Called to serve in the Washington Seattle Mission July 2013-July 2015

Beloved District

(14 April 2014)

This Week is the first week of a new transfer, and not the best week, all of our lessons were pushed back this week. but this last week we met a nice less-active guy that really believes in the church and wants to come back but is busy with work on sundays, he is going to try to get off work for an hour so he can take the sacrament! he is super nice, talking with people is so much fun. we have a new district, the “Beloved District” thats what we called our last district, it consisted of the King (Elder Webb) the Wizard (his comp Elder Pfister) The Knight (this would be me) the Queen (Elder Gorner, Elder Webb calls him that, he trained E. Gorner) and then the sisters, and another set of elders. Yeah it was a weird district, laugh all you want! but it was a really spiritual district, we worked really hard, and now Elder Webb is one of the zone leaders and the district has been split into every district! and so we now have to show the zone how the Beloved District works hard ๐Ÿ™‚ we didnt get to teach too much this week but, did have lots of service this last week and a ward Chile Cook off in which non members where invited, it was tasty.
“B” wants to be baptized but wants plural marriage, and now struggles to let us over to teach him, so we need to teach him and make sure he understands that we don’t do that, we will not give up on him. ๐Ÿ™‚ our other investigators just need to meet with us but we did find 2 super solid investigators this week, and talked with a transgender person.
Next week I will send some more pictures.
