GOOD MORNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
this week has been a pretty good week, we have been trying to meet with our investigators and the “T” family not much success yet, but they still want us to come by so we are excited and they are reading the Book of Mormon!!!!!!!!! that is AMAZING.  And another one of our investigators really wants us to come by and see him and his wife, they are looking for a church to go to and so we are going to start teaching them soon! not much else has happened, we had a zone sports activity outside last P-day and we played soccer and ultimate frisbee both really fun, im not to great at soccer though, but I still had fun! We have zone conference on Wednesday, im super excited! not much else is new 🙂 5 missionary moms wrote for my birthday, I’m going to try to write back!
This is the true church of Jesus Christ, I know it, I had the opportunity to attend a baptism for SeaTac B (Elder Brown and Garriss) and the spirit that was at that important time was so powerful! and it testified of the truthfulness of the gospel, from there there is now way anyone could deny the church! Baptisms are special moments in which we get the opportunity to invite our friends, and it will truly bless their lives just to see it, I encourage everyone to invite your non member friends to the next baptism you know of. you will see the blessings that come, and it is a great way to be a member missionary. 🙂
Now a talk is coming to mind from Elder Holland called “The Atonement and the Missionary” from Missionary Training Center in 2000. at the end of the talk he talks about how sometimes we have the occasion to ask ourselves why is missionary work so hard? and I was thinking and realized it goes another way also, why is life so hard? The reason why he says is because salvation is on the line, and the adversary wants to stop our salvation. he states a powerful statement, “Salvation is not a cheap experience, it never was, never will be.” he goes on to say that when we ask  “why?” we should remember that we are not the only one to ask this, even Jesus Christ asked this. here is the quote from his talk:
( If He could come forward in the night, kneel down, fall on His face, bleed from every pore, and cry, “Abba, Father (Papa), if this cup can pass, let it pass,” 16  then little wonder that salvation is not a whimsical or easy thing for us. If you wonder if there isn’t an easier way, you should remember you are not the first one to ask that. Someone a lot greater and a lot grander asked a long time ago if there wasn’t an easier way.) -Elder Holland
Even the Savior asked if there wasnt another way. life is not easy it never has been it never will be, but with the Savior and the atonement we can and will overcome. always remember the savior can help, He has felt everything for us (Alma 7:11-13). EVERY ONE of you needs to watch “Because of Him” on mormon.org.  only through the atonement of Jesus Christ can we overcome the world, we must be humble, and follow Christ to the end 🙂 we all must experience like Elder Holland said a little pain to understand and overcome. i promise that God will help you and He loves everyone of us, let him in, dont reject Him because of worry about him being disappointed, because he will always have open arms no matter what you do 🙂 stay strong, and read this talk here is the address:

God lives and I know this thru prayer and the Book of Mormon! in the name of Jesus Christ Amen.
