This week has been an awesome week we are teaching “B” the discussions from PMG, and he is taking it all in, he came to church and stayed the full 3 hours!!! he is on date to be baptized for the 29th of March! 🙂 I love serving the Lord in this way I get to see peoples life change because of the gospel of Jesus Christ!
One person dropped us she told us she doesnt want to pray or know if it is true, she wants proof but wont accept the Book of Mormon as proof and wont pray.
This journey is really fun but hard as well, its like P90X thats hard but really fun too. 🙂
We are doing great and the ward is really trying to get involved in the work! they really try to help us with rides, lessons, whatever they can. when I was on an exchange with Elder Webb my district leader this last week, we were biking and it was wet so i was in front and he thought i was going to get my body wrecked from a crash, but once again I didnt fall off when I clearly should have, my back tire came out from under me and then I jolted back up to normal, this was going down a hill though, and so we went to the bishops and he fixed my brakes better than the bike shop in sammamish did! I think the bike shop was just trying to get money out of me, by telling me my pads suck when they are brand new so I should buy a new brake system, but i didnt listen and now my brakes are just fine 🙂 never again going to a bike shop! Elder Webb is an awesome missionary, I scared the crap out of him because I started sleep walking and it freaks him out because earlier in his mission he has seen scary things in his apartments that were not his companions! I have learned a lot from him.
This is the work of salvation, this is the Lords kingdom on earth today, we must clean our inward vessels in order to cleanse the outward (world) from filth, just like Captain Moroni teaches in Alma 60, this world is getting worse and Satan is fighting hard for the sons and daughters of God, we all must be pure and cleansed, if we are not clean how can we expect to help other come unto Christ? it is my greatest desire to serve God with all my heart might mind and strength! I encourage all of you to do the same and to be the “city that is set on a hill that cannot be hid”, now is the time to prepare to meet God, and he will strengthen us when we keep his commandments! May God be with everyone who reads this. God lives, he loves everyone of us, and Jesus is the Christ and our older brother. Follow him and we will enter into eternal rest from this wicked world, and dwell with God again! 🙂 in Christ name, amen.
